Above 30 users their monthly rate steps up to $3.50 while ours stays flat. On an annual commitment theirs is $2.50, the same as ours.
Where Standuply may still fit you better
A fair comparison cuts both ways. On an annual commitment, Standuply's Team plan per-user rate comes in at or under ours at any team size, though it counts anyone added to a report while we bill only the people who take part. It runs on Microsoft Teams as well as Slack, and it has features we don't, like Planning Poker on their Business plan and voice and video answers on every plan. They also sell a flat fee for unlimited users, from $149 a month on an annual commitment, which beats any per-person rate including ours once the team is big enough. If you are committing for a year and optimising on seat price, or you need those extras, Standuply is worth a look. asyncmate's case is the bigger free plan, month-to-month billing, a rate that does not climb with headcount, billing only the people who take part, and the AI digest.

Instead of everyone joining a call at the same time, a bot asks each person the same few questions in a Slack DM, they answer whenever they start their day, and the answers are collected into one digest in a channel. Nobody waits their turn, and people in other timezones stop attending calls at awkward hours.
