A fair comparison cuts both ways. Geekbot's Microsoft Teams support is long shipped; asyncmate's Teams app is a beta that installs through your org's app catalog rather than the Teams Store. Geekbot has also been around since 2015 with a large installed base, while asyncmate is newer. If you need mature Teams coverage or want the longest track record in the category, Geekbot is a solid choice.

- Only the people who answer a check-in or log hours in that billing period. Passive channel members, poll voters and anyone who just receives reminders are always $0.
