How the count works

You are billed for active participants only. The 30-day window rolls: when someone stops answering they drop out of the count on their own. There is nothing to assign, deactivate or offboard.

• Poll voters are free. Polls never enter the bill, on any plan.
• Reminder recipients are free. A reminder channel with 200 people costs nothing.
• Watchers are free. Reading digests or browsing the dashboard does not count.
• Vacations cost nothing. No answers inside the window means not active, so not billed.

Questions about billing

What exactly is an active participant?

Someone who answered at least one check-in or survey question, or logged hours, in the past 30 days. The window is rolling, not a calendar month.

What happens when the free plan passes 10 active people?

Nothing right now. The launch offer lifts that limit for every workspace until November 1, 2026.

Someone was away the whole month. Do we pay for them?

No. If they answered nothing inside the window, they are not active and not billed.

How does the trial work?

Every Pro feature is free for every workspace until November 1, 2026, no trial needed. After that, Pro is free for 14 days. A card is required to start it, and you can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

Is there annual billing?

Not yet. Billing is monthly. An annual option with a discount is planned.

How do invoices work?

Billing runs on Stripe. You get an invoice for every charge and can put your company details on it.
