A DailyBot alternative for Slack check-ins that counts the people who answer

We count the 12 who answered. DailyBot counts all 20 while their status is active; deactivate the other 8 and their bill is $28.80.

What makes someone billable, and what never does
The whole list, both halves of it. Everything on the right stays $0 on every plan, however many people do it.

- Answering an anonymous survey (counted by real identity, though the answer itself is never stored with a name)
- Logging hours against a project
Counted over a rolling 30 days, so it never resets on the first of the month and never carries someone who has stopped.

Blockers get tracked, not just collected
Every standup bot asks "anything blocking you?". - Month to month, yes: their Essentials seat is $3 against our $2.50. On an annual commitment their seat drops to $2.40, so a team where everybody takes part and pays yearly is cheaper on DailyBot. We bill only the people who answered a check-in or logged hours in the period, so once more than about one member in twenty-five has gone quiet, our bill is lower even against their annual rate. Their pricing FAQ says an admin can deactivate the quiet ones; on asyncmate they drop off the bill by themselves.
- Does asyncmate bill inactive Slack members?
- No. Someone becomes billable by answering a check-in or logging hours inside the 30-day activity window, and by nothing else. Passive channel members, poll voters, kudos recipients and people who only receive reminders are always $0, and nobody has to keep a seat list tidy for that to stay true.
